The Local Government of Santo Tomas, led by Municipal Mayor Engr. Severino C Carbonell proudly received the Special Notice of Compliance for the Local Public Transport Route Plan (LPTRP) 2025–2029.
The awarding ceremony was joined by Dir. Cristal R. Sibayan, Regional Director; Atty. Mark Anthony Espinilla, Acting Chief Transport Development Officer; SB Member Michael P. Peralta; Roel B. Lachica, Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator; and Engr. Michael Vincent E. Obeña, Municipal Engineer.
This recognition reflects the municipality’s strong commitment to providing organized, accessible, and efficient public transportation for the benefit of all Tomasians.
