The Municipality of Santo Tomas, La Union, through Executive Order No. 2025-008 issued by Municipal Mayor Engr. Severino C. Carbonell, hereby suspends face-to-face classes in ALL LEVELS (public and private schools) on September 29, 2025 (Monday) due to the scheduled power interruption by NGCP from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

During this period, the Santo Tomas District and Cluster schools will shift to Alternative Learning Modality to ensure continuity of learning, while teaching and non-teaching personnel shall adopt a Work-from-Home scheme.
